If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original box along with all manuals and tags included in the original shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
